Bolivian government announces that former president Evo Morales will face the law, surrounds his fortress with the army!

The Bolivian government announced that former President Evo Morales will face the law, suggesting an operation was planned in his political stronghold of Chapare, hours after the Andean country declared a state of emergency, a measure that allows the army to be deployed inside to enforce order.
"If we have to enter [into Chapare], we will enter," Interior Minister Marco Antonio Oviedo told Unitel television. The "law" will be applied to Evo Morales, just as it has been applied to "narco-terrorists," he added.
The center-right government under President Rodrigo Paz has increasingly accused the former socialist president, who has a pending arrest warrant for alleged trafficking of a minor that he denies and who has fled to the Chapare where he is being guarded by his indigenous supporters, of instigating mass protests and road blockades that have continued for more than six weeks.
