A video released by the IDF is circulating online, showing its strikes in Lebanon, where it is conducting an operation against the armed organization Hezbollah, as well as targets linked to the Revolutionary Guard.
According to an IDF statement, more than 500 targets in Lebanon have been hit since the start of the military operation "Roaring Lion", while Israeli forces earlier today carried out a new series of airstrikes in the Dahiya area, in the southern suburbs of Beirut, hitting facilities reportedly used by Hezbollah to plan and coordinate attacks against Israel.
The video captures shocking images of the attacks, with buildings literally being flattened. Even the Revolutionary Guard headquarters under attack.
Among the targets hit was a Revolutionary Guard headquarters that the IDF said was being used by Hezbollah in Lebanon. Other command centers of the organization were also targeted.
In particular, the IDF reported that it struck facilities used by the Revolutionary Guards' air force, as well as headquarters suspected of being used by Hezbollah's naval unit, the organization's Executive Council, and its financial unit.
According to the Israeli military statement, these headquarters were used by Hezbollah to plan and conduct "terrorist attacks against the State of Israel."
The IDF stressed that it will continue operations against Hezbollah, noting that the organization "chose to participate in the conflict and operate under the auspices of the Iranian terrorist regime."
"The IDF will continue to act forcefully against the terrorist organization Hezbollah and will not allow the citizens of the State of Israel to be harmed," the statement said.
