Video/ Fight on a beach in Ukraine, women fight among themselves, vacationers intervene

A fight broke out between bikini-clad women in Odessa when, according to reports, a Russian song was played over a store's speakers.

Listening to Russian songs in public has been banned in Ukraine since the beginning of the Russian occupation. In the video recorded by eyewitnesses, two women are initially seen pulling each other's hair, with the fight escalating as other women join in.

Participants in the fight tried to separate themselves from two men in swimsuits, who tried to separate the opposing groups.

"Female tourists got into a fight on a beach in Odessa after a Russian song was played," Ukrainian website Strana reported.

Odessa has been the target of more than 700 Russian attacks since the beginning of the invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, with at least 131 civilians killed and 312 injured.
