90 new students graduate from the Armed Forces Academy, five of them from Kosovo

The graduation ceremony of 90 students of the Armed Forces Academy, 5 of whom are from the Republic of Kosovo, took place today in Tirana.

The graduation ceremony was attended by the Minister of Defense, Pirro Vengu, as well as the Acting Minister of Defense of Kosovo, Ejup Maqedonci.

Minister Vengu described the graduation of the new cadets as a moment of pride for the graduates and their families, who are starting a new chapter in the service of the homeland.

"The diploma that you will hold in your hands is not a point of arrival, but a starting point. It is a path that is often lonely, but always right. It does not offer ease, but it offers meaning. Where discipline becomes a virtue and sacrifice takes on meaning. In a world that relativizes everything, your profession remains undisputed in its values. You do not simply represent the state, but you give it shape, direction and stability", said Minister Vengu.

The Commander of the United School, Bardhyl Nuredinaj, said that the military oath before the national flag is not simply a text but a moral, legal and patriotic commitment, a pledge to always be at the service of the nation, preserve and protect the integrity and sovereignty of the country, the constitutional order and to contribute to peace and collective security.
