Singer Eli Fara has reacted publicly for the first time after the publication and distribution of intimate videos, speaking about the violation of privacy and public judgment.
In a message published on social media, Fara says that she is experiencing a pain that she would not wish on any woman, while emphasizing that the consequences of such a situation also affect the family.
"I am hurt, but I have no reason to be ashamed. Shame belongs to those who film, publish and distribute private moments without a person's knowledge and consent," she writes.
Fara also notes the importance of privacy, emphasizing that being an artist does not mean losing the right to privacy and dignity.
"I have spent a life on stage, sharing my song and love for art with the public. Today I am experiencing a pain that I would not wish on any woman: the violation of privacy and facing judgments and insults that also affect my family," the singer says.
In the end, she thanks her family, friends, colleagues and all those who have supported her publicly or privately, declaring that she will move forward "with dignity and with her head held high."
