Ingredients:
1 cup cornmeal
500 g leek
2 cups oil
1 cup cottage cheese or crumbled cheese
1 egg Salt

2 tablespoons wheat flour
Preparation:
Finely chop the cleaned and washed leeks, sauté in fat in a covered pot until soft, then remove from heat and add cottage cheese or crumbled cheese, salt, pepper, egg and finely chopped parsley. In another pot with boiling water and salt, add the corn flour in the ratio: 1 flour - 2 water, mix quickly so that no lumps form, cook until a thick dough forms. Then remove from heat, mix with the prepared leeks. Divide into pieces, shape into round shapes
