The heads of the directorates at the State Intelligence Service, on the orders of director Vlora Hyseni and to help Ergys Agas, are reported to have copied SPAK license plates and placed them on a "Skoda" car, imitating the prosecutor's vehicle.
The Special Prosecution Office suspects that these actions were taken by the Chief of Operations at SHISH, Jurgen Kole, and Elvis Lila, who immediately after the dismissal of Vlora Hyseni, was appointed director.
Journalist Arsen Rusta writes that these subordinates have carried out the orders of the former director and have copied the license plates of the Special Prosecution's car and placed them on a car identical to that of the prosecutor who was using it.
The duplicate vehicle was then made available to Egrys Agas and the controversial businessman moved around Durrës and other cities without any worries, because the Police and other services thought that the SPAK prosecutor was traveling in it.
In fact, the real car was parked on the SPAK premises because the prosecutor was in his office, on duty. Meanwhile, signals were coming in that the duplicate vehicle was moving in Durrës and committing traffic violations.
According to the complaint of journalist Arsen Rusta, who has seen the file, Ergys Agasi had equipped the vehicle with fenders and it resembled identically the SPAK prosecutor's car.
Using the copied license plate and identical vehicle, as well as signaling devices and fenelins, the wanted businessman was moving in violation of traffic signs, while the authorities allowed it, thinking that the SPAK prosecutor was leading some secret operation and the vehicle could not be stopped for verification.
