The terrorist attack in Banjska, the three suspects in custody for two more months

The remand of the three suspects for the September 24 terrorist attack in Banjské i Zveçan, where Sergeant Afrim Bunjaku was killed, has been extended for another two months.
This was confirmed for Express by the spokesperson of the court of Pristina, Mirlinda Gashi. According to this decision, the suspects will be in custody until February 24.
We inform you that after the request of the Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo for the continuation of the measure of detention in the criminal case against the defendants DM, BS and VT, the Basic Court in Pristina - Special Department has approved the request of the PSRK and the three defendants has continued the measure of detention for a duration of two months, for each. The measure of detention of the defendants has been extended from 24.12.2023 to 24.02.2024 ."
The suspects have been in custody since September 26.
