He was reported missing, the man is found buried. Police: The case is being treated as a murder

A serious incident was recorded today in the village of Baincë in the Lipjan municipality in Kosovo. A man, who had been reported missing by his family to the Police, was found buried.

The news was confirmed by the Police spokesperson for the Pristina region, Flora Ahmeti, who said that the case is being treated as "grave murder."

"Today at around 12:00, in the village of Baice in Lipjan, a dead body (still unidentified) was found buried. Police investigators, in coordination with the prosecution, have initiated procedural actions, while the body has been sent to the Institute of Forensic Medicine for autopsy and identification," said Ahmeti.

According to initial information, the body was found by the family of the victim, who had been reported missing. It is suspected that the victim is citizen Enver Bajraktari, for whom the family was seeking help to find him.

Investigations are ongoing, while authorities have not yet provided details on motives or possible suspects. Police and the prosecution have begun work to fully unravel this incident.
