Serbs planted the bomb, how the FBI discovered the perpetrators of the destruction of the Iber-Lepenc canal

The suspect in the Ibër-Lepenc attack also spied on KFOR.
The FBI helped identify the suspects through soil on their boots. A year later, the Special Prosecution Office on Tuesday filed an indictment for the attack on the Ibër-Lepenc canal.
According to the indictment, on November 29, 2024, Jovan and Dragisa Vičentijević placed about 20 kilograms of explosives in the Ibër-Lepenc canal in the village of Varage, Zubin Potok, in a bag that they had tied with a rope to a concrete pole.
The damage caused is estimated at 400 thousand euros. Based on the indictment of the prosecution, the main person responsible appears to be Jovan Vičentijević, who also worked for the intelligence service of the Serbian army. The prosecution has managed to collect evidence related to his illegal activity. According to the file, he was a military intelligence officer with the rank of lieutenant, until his arrest on December 1, 2024. As part of the evidence for espionage activity, the file also contains a classified document from KFOR, proving that Vičentijević spied on the NATO mission in the Serbian state.
" Also, during the analysis of the documents, it resulted in the discovery of a report that is suspected to have been compiled by KFOR and as can be seen, the 66-page document is classified as Confidential, describing the security situation at "Kroi i Vitaku" in Mitrovica during 2009. This confidential document compiled by KFOR, dated April 28, 2009, was provided by the defendant Jovan Vičentijević, which testifies to his espionage activity ," the indictment states, adding that he was engaged for a long time by Serbian intelligence to collect sensitive information about KFOR, the Kosovo Police and strategic facilities in the north.
Part of the investigation into the attack on the Ibër-Lepenc canal was also the Federal Bureau of Investigation of the United States of America, which conducted analyses of the soil found on the suspects' boots, thus assisting in the investigative work of the Kosovo institutions. The samples were taken from the boots that were found in the house of Dragisha and Jovan Viçentijević and were compared with soil samples at the scene of the incident. " There is no difference, in terms of structure, color and composition of the soil, which proves that the defendants committed the terrorist act against the "Ibër Lepenc" canal ," states the indictment, which includes the FBI report as part of the evidence. In addition to this evidence, the Special Prosecution, through photographs found on his phone, shows that Viçentijević, at the time of the attack in Banjska, helped a person identified as Živko Jaksić to leave the territory of Kosovo.
In addition, he linked Vicentijevic to the September 24 terrorist attack through statements he made while being transported from North Mitrovica to Pristina and then to the detention center.
