Ardi Veliu has responded to the administrator of the Focus Media company in a letter, informing him of the location of the computers and materials found inside the building where News23 television operated. He says they can be withdrawn to the State Reserves.
The response states that this company had pledged to voluntarily vacate the building but did not do so, so the intervention of military forces was necessary.
"The evacuation of the building was carried out under high security conditions, in the presence of armed forces, with every item inside documented in a report. The allegations of the journalists' materials being deleted are unfounded and untrue."
According to the letter, "The materials found inside the premises, after inventorying, were sent to the State Reserves, with the address Bajram Tusha Street, near the former Court of Appeal, Shkozet, Durrës"
