Belgium/ 14-year-old victim of gang rape, the role of the 11-year-old is being investigated

A 14-year-old girl was raped by a group of youths in Courtret, in the Flanders region, an incident that shocked Belgium.

The girl went to the Catholic Easter days, at the beginning of April, with her 16-year-old friend in a forest, and there were about ten teenagers waiting for her, the youngest of whom was 11 years old. The 14-year-old girl was gang-raped by a group of boys who uploaded videos on social networks.

Belgian media reports that the events took place over three days, but it is not known if the girl was held captive during that time.

The 11-year-old's role in the incident is still under investigation.

The teenagers were arrested while the girl is receiving psychological help.
