Erion Braçe shows the Bardhi-Çuçi bazaar about the investigation commissions and the non-investigation of the two concessions: What is the "opposition" hiding?!

SP MP Erion Braçe, invited today to "Breaking" on Top News, spoke about the latest political developments in the country, such as the return of normal parliamentary life, concessions and arrests within the Socialist Party.

Braçe explained, among other things, the reasons why he abstained from setting up the Investigative Commissions requested by the opposition, this according to him, since, among other things, from the four commissions requested at the beginning, two were made.

The MP of SP said that why the opposition no longer demands an investigation for two of the health concessions, the one for dialysis and check-up, that according to him one of them had many problems in implementation and that people have died.

" They are four, why were two removed?! Because of the conflict of interest situation? Constant relationship with the beneficiaries of those concession contracts? At least one of those concessions has had serious problems in implementation, people have died... How is it possible that these partisans of the war do not go to investigate the implementation of that contract", he said.

" When something appears that contradicts my belief, I will definitely vote against it. The last abstention has two important elements. I don't think a political investigation of the Parliament should compete with a criminal investigation like SPAK. The investigation conducted by the parliament is political. It cannot serve as a criminal charge and cannot compete with any institution of justice. SPAK does this. I was convinced and it was reinforced by the first meeting of this Commission. What happened? The lady who runs it said clearly that we do not think that Beqaj has misused the office, but has committed corruption. but who accuses him of abuse of office? SPARK! It is a goal of Berisha to delegitimize SPAK.

For this reason I abstained. Actually I was against it but I obeyed some rules of the group.

It is also the concession of TIMS... that the commission has to do with our data, which enters and leaves Albania. Who are these who will have my data and yours? When they have the safety certificate…. that I don't think that people who are in court proceedings, or in relations with exponents of organized crime, to have access to my data and yours" , Braçe said.
