Protection of public spaces/ Prime Minister Rama presents the 'window' for complaints

As part of the action undertaken for several days to free up public spaces, the 'My Public Space' portal has also been opened.

Prime Minister Edi Rama, who announced the opening of the portal as he had previously announced, calls it a new communication window in the protection of public space.

"Good morning and with this new communication window to join forces in protecting public space, I wish you a peaceful weekend," wrote Prime Minister Rama.

On this portal, citizens will have the opportunity to report cases of sidewalk occupation, unauthorized construction or permit violations, occupation and pollution along national roads, illegal private parking lots or other violations to the detriment of public property.

In case of no response within 24 hours from the relevant institutions, a complaint form can also be filled out.

So far, according to the data, 11 cases have been reported on the portal.

A few days ago, the head of government, while warning of strong penalties for groups that continue to usurp spaces belonging to the community, also announced the portal.
