I am not impressed at all by the letter or invitation that Edi Rama received from Donald Trump to participate in a peace board.
I'm not a fan of these things, moreover I don't think Albania gains anything. Moreover, these Trump inventions in the international space are all based on commercial calculations. We have no knowledge of this trade nor the ability to compete.
We don't care whether Edi Rama is on good terms with Trump or not, and whether he will be a member of a peace board for Gaza or not. I hope that at least nothing comes out of our pocket....
If it weren't for that idiotic DP narrative, according to which Trump will overthrow/kidnap/imprison Rama, no one would go to the barber this weekend to comment on that Trump letter.
The DP gave that letter valence, with idiotic narratives and reactions. They built a cause for protest on these idiotic things, and so they were caught unawares.
Meanwhile, an opposition to be, has at least 300 domestic causes to protest. Just because of Trump, or even worse because of his personal relationship with Rama, you don't know what to protest.
Let's say Trump and Rama get along badly, what then?!
Nobody wins, not even the opposition gains anything from a Trump-Rama feud. So why this enthusiasm? Especially fake enthusiasm based on fabricated narratives.
This DP narrative gave added attention to that Trump invitation letter to Rama. That letter actually has no other value, except to dispel the DP's false narrative. Nothing more.
