In a press conference, Berisha declared that the opposition and Albanian citizens can never vote as free people as long as Edi Rama is in power.

According to him, the removal of the current prime minister is the fundamental condition for guaranteeing a fair and free electoral process.

According to him, general civic resistance is the only way out of this situation and to restore democracy in the country.

Berisha: The opposition and Albanians must be and are clear that with Edi Rama they can never vote as free citizens.

Rama's departure is the condition of all conditions for citizens to decide with their own will about the next government.

Therefore, the DP will do everything to mobilize Albanians for their vote, not only in Albania, but also throughout the diaspora, against representatives of the narco-state in the diaspora.

They are representatives of a state that is hostile to the free vote of Albanians, and we are dealing with an autocratic dictatorship that has drugs, crime, and theft of Albanians as its driving force.

Therefore, the general resistance of Albanian citizens is the way out of this situation."
