PS starts campaign/ Shalsi: Edi Rama has also brought the water supply to Viçidol in Tropoja

The Socialist Party opened its electoral campaign today at "Skënderbej" Square, where each district leader gave a short welcoming speech.
Eduart Shalsi, the political leader of the Kukës district, while saying that the SP has transformed Kukës, Hasi and Tropoja, stated that "Edi Rama has taken the water supply to Viçidol", the village where the leader of the DP, Sali Berisha, was born.
"The Kukës region is not a province, it is a heart, it is history, it is tradition. We also greet those from Tropoja and Hasi who could not come here. Kukës has proven hospitality to Kosovar brothers and sisters. I am grateful for the reception they have given and I am burdened with responsibility to lead this region. The transformation has also begun from Tropoja, Hasi, Kukës. I remembered how I saw Kukës years ago, mud. I went to Tropoja after a few years and did not recognize it. I even learned that Edi Rama had installed a water supply in Viçidol as well ," Shalsi said, among other things.
