"Rama was shown the red lines in Brussels"/ Journalist Poli Hoxha: Agaçi is doing a bad job at SPAK, he has a role in...

Journalist Poli Hoxha, invited to the studio of the show Kjo Javë on News24 , commented on the dismissal of the Secretary General of the Prime Minister's Office, Engjëll Agaçi.
According to Hoxha, the development is also related to international pressure on the Albanian government, noting that European Union leaders have given "red lines" to Prime Minister Edi Rama during meetings in Brussels. He also mentioned several sensitive issues, including the case of Belinda Balluku, as elements that, according to him, have led to a diplomatic cold snap.
The journalist also focused on the statements of the Council of Europe to BalkanWeb and News24 regarding the political situation in the country, claiming that there were signals of the unblocking of the parliament on the immunity issue. According to him, Rama's last visit to Brussels may have come after political ultimatums, while the removal of people from important positions may be the first sign of these developments.
Hoxha stated that Agaçi has been in office for about 14 years and, according to him, should have left earlier, mentioning the fact that he was summoned to SPAK. He added that the last time Agaçi was at SPAK was related to the investigations into the Tirana incinerator.
According to the journalist, although the investigations into certain incinerators have been closed, there is still a separate investigation into the manner of organization and decision-making for these projects, where, according to him, the role of the Secretary General of the Prime Minister's Office has been key, especially in the decision-making of the Council of Ministers.
Hoxha emphasized that Agaç's situation in relation to SPAK, in his assessment, is difficult, adding that Agaç himself, as a lawyer, is aware of the position he is in.
"The EU leaders that Rama met in Brussels have given him red lines. Because now there are some issues like the Balluk case for example. Diplomacy gives signals with coldness. If we look at the statement of the Council of Europe when it was asked by News24, the statement was clear. The EU had an order ready to unblock the parliament on the issue of immunity. Apparently, Rama's statements brought about the last visit to Brussels where he received ultimatums. Today, the first signs have been given with the departure of people. Agaç has been secretary general for 14 years, he should have left long ago.
He has been called to SPAK for a while now and hasn't been to work for a while. He often gets sick, in this sense Agaçi should have left or Rama should have fired him in time, but it seems that his days are over because for the sake of the truth, to understand what happens inside SPAK, I read politicians. Rama and Berisha. The last time he was in SPAK, Engjëll Agaçi specified when he left SPAK that it was for the Tirana incinerator. We should know that the incinerators have been closed as separate investigations, but another investigation has not been closed.
When SPAK announced the closure of the investigation into the Fier incinerator, there was a sign saying that the organization and idea of the incinerators is a separate investigation. And here we come to the decision-making of the Council of Ministers. Agaçi has the main role there, the story of the Tirana incinerator that was made within 24 hours has been signed by all ministries, etc., Agaçi is doing a very bad job at SPAK and he knows it well because he is a lawyer himself. Agaçi is involved in every issue that involves the Council of Ministers.
"He also risks a charge of obstruction of justice. Agaçi has not only failed to cooperate with justice, but has also prevented SPAK and BKH from obtaining information from the prime minister," he said.
