Rudi Erebara: Why I joined forces with Lulzim Basha!

Journalist, writer, translator and candidate of the Euro-Atlantic Coalition, Rudi Erebara, invited to Dritare TV on journalist Roland Qafoku's show, has explained the reasons why he decided to join Lulzim Basha in the race for the May 11 elections.

“I don't understand what Lulzim Basha has done to make you not trust him and not join the party with him,” Erebara said.
He added that in 2021 he had refused to run, even though Basha had invited him.
“In 2021, I told my friends that Lulzim Basha would not win. He invited me, but I did not accept, because I had defended the Theater, not to enter politics, but because I felt that way morally. Even now that I have accepted, I have no intention of becoming a politician. I enter the race whenever I think that the homeland is in danger ,” he declared.
According to Erebara, the reason why Basha lost in 2021 was precisely because he did not promise corruption.
“Lulzim Basha does not promise loot. In 2021, he did not promise to steal, like others do, and that was the reason why he lost. Lulzim Basha is the representative of America ,” Erebara concluded.
