Rama said it was unknown if his son would ever return, as the doctor treating him told him, " For the first 24 hours, any news will be bad news, we hope we don't have any news."
Edi Rama: I remember an incident I experienced with the doctor who treated my son, who went through a very dramatic moment with cancer, and in fact things went so badly that he went into a medically induced coma, and it was not known whether he would come back or not. I was with him after he went into a coma and I said, "What now?" He said, "For the first 24 hours, any news will be bad news, let's hope we don't have any news."
