Ingredients:
12 eggs
6 noodles
12 tbsp sugar
12 tbsp flour 1
tbsp baking soda
3 tbsp cocoa
300 gr crushed walnuts
150 gr melted butter
For the syrup:
700 gr sugar
600 ml water
1 packet vanilla
Lemon zest
Preparation:
Beat the eggs with the sugar until we create a stable foam. To prevent this process from failing, the eggs must be at room temperature. Add the melted but cooled butter, flour, cocoa, baking soda and crushed walnuts. Place 3 noodles in the pan, sprinkling them with a little butter. Pour the prepared mixture and place the other 3 noodles on top, sprinkling them with butter. Place it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees, for 40 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the syrup with sugar, water, lemon zest, and vanilla. Let both boil and then pour the syrup into the compote cut into squares.
