Baked zucchini

Zucchini baked in spices with yogurt
Ingredients:
2 medium zucchini
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon red pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano or thyme
1 clove garlic, finely minced
For the yogurt sauce:
200 ml thick yogurt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon or apple
cider vinegar Salt, crushed garlic Chopped
dill or parsley
Preparation:
Cut the zucchini into thin slices, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and sprinkle with a little olive oil, salt, and spices. Bake for a few minutes until golden brown and crispy on the sides. Meanwhile, mix the ingredients for the yogurt sauce. Serve the zucchini warm with the sauce on the side or on top, as an appetizer or light main course.
