Super pies filled with meat and sour cream

Ingredients:
4 tortillas
2 chicken breasts
2 tablespoons mayonnaise or sour cream
1 tablespoon mustard
1 small red pepper
2 eggs
Grated cheese Crushed
cornflakes
Salt, pepper, spices to taste
Preparation:
Mix the chicken pieces with mayonnaise, mustard, pepper and grated cheese. Add spices as desired. Place the filling on each tortilla and roll them up (like a pie or sausage). Then roll them in beaten eggs and to make them crispy, roll them in cornflakes crushed by hand. Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, sprinkling some grated cheese on top. Place the tray in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20–25 minutes.
Tip from Albana: You can accompany them with sour cream, xaxiq or a sauce with yogurt, garlic and lemon. If you want a spicier taste, add a little chili pepper to the filling.
