Shaun Martin, a member of the Grammy Award-winning jazz group Snarky Puppy, has died aged 45.
The band announced the death of the singer and Martin in a statement posted on their X account, along with a photo of the musician taking the stage.
" Yesterday, we lost a music legend and, most importantly, a beautiful and bright human being. Shaun Martin touched so many people in his lifetime and through the beautiful immortality of music, will continue to do so. There is so much that can be said, but words cannot do it justice. RIP," the statement said.
