Broja speaks after signing 5-year deal with Burnley: I can't wait to score goals and excite the fans

Burnley have signed Armando Broja (from Chelsea) on a permanent transfer. The Albanian joined Chelsea from Tottenham as an eight-year-old in 2009, before coming through the Blues' academy to the first team, where he made 38 appearances and scored nine goals.
However, Broja has had several loan spells away from west London, most recently to Everton last season.
At the official presentation, he expressed enthusiasm for this important step:
"It's a fantastic feeling to be here. I can't wait to start training, meet the players and the fans. Burnley is a great club, with a family atmosphere and a lot of young talent. This is a great opportunity for me to grow as a player and as a person," said Broja.
The striker highlighted the decisive role that coach Scott Parker played in his decision to join the club:
"The coach is a great person, very easy to communicate with, but also demanding. He made me feel at home from day one. That was a big reason for coming here."
Broja is expected to make his debut next week in the opening match of the Premier League season against Tottenham, a match that has a symbolic dimension for him due to his past at Chelsea.
His message to Burnley fans was clear:
"Thank you for the support you have shown me since before I came. I am excited to be here and I can't wait to delight the fans with goals and good performances."
This transfer is seen as a strategic move by Burnley to strengthen their attacking department, as the club returns to the Premier League with clear goals of remaining among the best.
