Marco Asensio's career at PSG has been one to forget, but he now has the chance to make them remember his name.
The 29-year-old could feature for his club in their Champions League quarter-final clash with Aston Villa next month, having joined Villa Park on loan from Parc des Princes in February.
His second-half brace in Wednesday's 3-0 win over Club Brugge in the second leg of their last-16 tie put the English side ahead of PSG, after the French side eliminated Liverpool on penalties on Tuesday.
But UEFA rules state that clubs cannot exert any influence over players that another club may (or may not) field in a match, meaning PSG's Champions League dream could end at the feet of their player.
