Superliga/ Elbasan celebrates lead over Vllaznia, Dinamo defeats Flamurtari

Elbasan triumphed 1-0 over Vllaznia in the 15th week of the Super League. The Yellow-Blues were rewarded with a goal in the second half to secure the success that keeps them at the top of the standings.

The match started beautifully and with chances on both goals. The balance was broken in the 27th minute, when Vllaznia defender Elmando Gjini was sent off, leaving the team from Shkodër with 10 men.

The first half ended with the nets untouched, while the second started with a goal. In the 49th minute, with a super goal in the area, Tsague gave Elbasan the advantage.

The yellow-blue team maintained this advantage until the end, to take three golden points. This victory moves Elbasan up to first place with 29 points, while Vllaznia drops to fourth place with 25 points.

Dinamo won 3-0 against Flamurtari in Vlora, in a hard-fought match. After several attempts, Lorenzo Vila broke the deadlock in the 30th minute, scoring after a ball left in the area.

The second half was quiet until the 78th minute, when Qefalija scored the second goal, after an assist from Bregu. The duel was sealed by James, who also scored the third after an assist from Ferruku.

With this success, Dinamo climbs to third place with 26 points, while Flamurtari remains penultimate with 13 points.
