Tirana Airport: Over 750 thousand passengers in March

Tirana Airport ranks as the fastest growing airport in Europe since the pandemic, with an additional 3.2 million passengers in 2024 compared to 2023.
This achievement reflects continuous efforts to improve infrastructure and services, as well as increasing the number of destinations offered by the airport.
Statistics published by Tirana Airport Partners (TIA) show that in March of this year, Tirana International Airport (Rinas) reached a historic record with 751,235 passengers, marking an increase compared to the same month in 2024.
A total of 4,684 flights were operated through Rinas, by 18 airlines to 69 destinations in 20 countries.
For 2025, the authorities have set an ambitious target of 12 million passengers, aiming to further increase passenger flow and strengthen the airport's position as a major gateway for Albania.
