Petrit Çakrri and Fatjon Bushgjoka, accused of the murder of Renis Dobra, a crime committed on the evening of July 8 in Madhesh, Ulza.
The court session is scheduled to take place at 09:00 at the Dibra Court.
Meanwhile, Fatjon Bushgjoka's two brothers, Kristi and Aleksandër Bushgjoka, who are suspected of having fled Albania, are still being sought.
The murder of the 23-year-old was revealed on July 16, when two of the suspected perpetrators were arrested, who gave contradictory testimony to investigators, but it was the security cameras in the businesses on the Burrel-Tirana axis that betrayed them.
From the examination of the footage, it emerged that the 55-year-old, as well as the three brothers, Fatjon, Kristi and Aleksandër Bushgjokaj (the latter two being sought by the police) had been drinking coffee together near a gas station a few hours before the crime.
Afterwards, the 4 suspected perpetrators of the murder of the 23-year-old traveled in two vehicles, a black "Range Rover" and a "Hundyai Santa Fe", from Burreli towards the village of Zenisht.
There are film footage, as well as other evidence that proves that Petrit Çakrri had previous acquaintances with the 3 Bushgjokaj brothers, but their testimonies given to the investigator contradict each other.
Fatjon Bushgjokaj denied knowing Petrit Çakrri, but on the other hand admitted that he moved to several villages in Klos and Burrel, claiming that he would commit thefts in several apartments.
This evidence contradicts that of Petrit Çakrri, who claimed to have known one of the Bushgjokaj brothers, as they were in prison together. The 55-year-old has denied having any connection to the murder of 23-year-old Renis Dobra.
According to official police data, the three Bushgjoka brothers, who are known to the police, are suspected of having organized the kidnapping and murder of 23-year-old Dobra in collaboration with each other. They are Fationi, 31, Kristi, 29, and Aleksandr, 24, with Petrit Çakrri, 55, known since the time of the assassination attempt that took Azem Hajdari's life, also working with them.

Gjatë rënies, trupi i 23-vjeçarit ka mbetur pranë sektorit “C”, pa rënë në liqen, ndërsa automjeti ka rënë në liqen, ku dhe u gjet.
Nga informacionet e siguruara rezulton se 4 shtetasit që kanë marrë pjesë në vrasjen e 23-vjeçarit, nuk kanë qenë të veshur me uniformë policie, si dhe nuk kanë përdorur asnjë logo apo automjet të policisë. 23-vjeçari ka qenë i dënuar në Gjermani, për shpërndarje të lëndëve narkotike, në kuadër të grupit të strukturuar kriminal. Ai dyshohet se me 4 shtetasit e lartpërmendur, autorë të dyshuar të vrasjes, ka pasur mosmarrëveshje që lidhen për veprimtari kriminale në fushën e narkotikëve.
Gjatë periudhës hetimore dhe veprimeve operacionale u sekuestruan 20 celularë, 7 automjete, një shumë eurosh, një sasi lënde narkotike kokainë, si dhe prova të tjera të cilat do t’i shërbejnë hetimeve. Ndërkaq, në lidhje me ngjarjen, Drejtoria e Forcës së Posaçme Operacionale e Policisë së Shtetit ka shoqëruar në ambientet e Komisariatit të Policisë Nr. 6, Tiranë, 4 shtetas të tjerë, për të cilët po kryhen hetime intensive për të përcaktuar dhe individualizuar përgjegjësinë penale”.
Emisioni Shënjestër ka zbuluar se pas dëshmisë së dhënë nga familjarët e 23-vjeçarit dhe sekuestrimit të kamerave të sigurisë të bizneseve përgjatë aksit kombëtar Burrel-Tiranë, grupi hetimor bëri të mundur edhe identifikimin e autorëve të dyshuar për krimin makabër.
Njëri prej tyre është Petrit Çakrri, një prej dëshmitarëve okularë i vrasjes së ish deputetit të Partisë Demokratike, Azem Hajdari, mbrëmjen e 12 shtatorit 1998.
Petrit Çakrri dyshohet se pas daljes nga burgu disa muaj më parë, ka ndryshuar mbiemrin, duke e vendosur Petrit Hoxha.
Hetimet kanë zbuluar se Çakrri ka marrë me qira në Rinas, dy automjete, një Range Rover të zi dhe një Honday të bardhë.
Petrit Çakrri, i cili pasi dha dëshminë për atë që njihet si procesi i Shekullit, rezulton të ketë patur procedentë të shumtë penalë, që nga vjedhjet e deri tek përplasjet me policinë.
Teksa në vitin 2017 u arrestua nën dyshimet për mashtrim me pasoja të rënda. Ku në aktakuzë thuhej se ai kishte mashtruar një biznesmen nga Vora, të cilit i kishte marrë një shumë prej 4.4 mln lekësh të reja duke iu prezantuar si tregtar, të cilit i kishte premtuar se do t’i siguronte mallra me çmime më të lira sesa tregu.

The police have detained his nephew and seized his cell phone, where it is believed that numerous pieces of evidence have been found that could reveal further details about the murder of Renis Dobra.
