This seems to be the story of Ervis Martinaj, the so-called 'King of Gambling' in Albania, who disappeared without a trace since August 2022, and Arben Ndokës, the former deputy of the Socialist Party, who in December 2017, had lost in Lezhë, an ambush at the door of the house, brother Aleksandër Ndoka.
And in order to avenge the loss of his brother, he formed a partnership with Ervis Martinaj, who in turn sought retribution for his opponents, who had gone too far in their attack, eliminating from time to time soldiers of important of the 'King of Gambling'.
In other words, they had cut off the armed Ervis Martinaj's arms.

Now SPAK and the National Bureau of Investigation, with the recent cutting of 50 arrest warrants, in the framework of the largest operation ever undertaken by the justice system to attack criminal groups, has been able to reveal some of the most serious executions that took place in Albania. in the span of the last 15 years.

The Special Prosecutor's Office has evidenced the commission of serious criminal offenses by 7 structured criminal groups with considerable power and geographical scope of their criminal activity in some of the main cities of the country such as Tirana, Durrës, Vlorë, Lezhë, Fushë-Krujë and Pentecost.
But what is the connection of Ervis Martinaj with the group of Arben Ndoka, once a former deputy of the Socialist Party, expelled from the parliament due to the decriminalization law.

According to the data available to the show "Në Shënještër", immediately after the murder of his brother, Aleksandër Ndoka, on the morning of December 9, 2017, at the door of his house in Lezhë, the former socialist deputy Arben Ndoka started his search for who could be the possible perpetrators of the execution of his close man.
Although there are doubts about proper names he is still not convinced about the real author. It is precisely for this reason that he calls on some of the characters of the underworld.
Durim Bami, known as one of Nikla's strongmen, and Aleksandër Deda alias Aleks Ndreka, known as Leksi i Druve, were among the characters who swore that he had nothing to do with the murder of Aleksandër Ndoka.
But while Arben Ndoka had his troubles and was on the hunt to find and eliminate his brother's killers, he found it impossible to accomplish this mission alone.
That's why Ervis Martinaj calls for help.

Ervis Martinaj, on the other hand, thought that the terrible Bami had made an alliance with the brothers Leonard and Erlis Duka, and was working with them to get rid of the gambling boss.
After the latter is said to have taken hostage and raped the father of the Duka brothers in a garage in the area of Fresco in Tirana.
And the latter are thought to have put all their wealth on the table to hit Martinaj and their group.

Later, he was kidnapped and disappeared without a trace by a platoon in police uniforms, just a few seconds after he was separated from the brothers Durim and Valter Bami, his friend Gentjan Bejtja and Ramazan Rraja, the nephew of the former Socialist MP Rrahman Rraja.
In order to help the criminal alliance, Shullazi is said to have contacted Marklen Haka, once a close friend of Durim Bami, now his enemy.
Marklen Haka known as Tuku, who had survived several assassinations, informed Shullazi in prison about the movements of the two Bami brothers, the vehicles they used, the places they frequented and the people they associated with.
