Bujar Shega is arrested in Italy! Who is the businessman from Beijing and his connections with Suel Çela?

SPAK's operation has led to the crackdown on a powerful criminal organization, which is allegedly favored by law enforcement officers, police officials and journalists. Out of 18 arrest warrants issued, some have been executed, while among those arrested is Marsel (alias Bujar) Shega, administrator of two companies, Viola Green and Wonder Green, which are suspected of having laundered money of criminal groups, including a group based in Dubai that has invested in real estate in Tirana.

Shega was arrested in Milan, and accused of having close ties to crime, including Suel Çela, a well-known name in the world of crime and wanted as part of the "Golden Bullet" operation. Pomegranate companies have been involved in tenders for cleaning up cities, while investigations suggest they may have been used to launder money for criminal groups.

Part of the action were the arrests of the former judge Pajtime Fetahu, who was under house arrest, and the former police official, Dedan Gjoni, for whom a new security measure has been assigned. Also, a lawyer, who defends one of the members of Suel Çela's group, ended up under house arrest.

The operation was supported by Europol and Albanian law enforcement agencies, and followed the breakdown of communications on Sky ECC, an encrypted communications system used by criminal groups. Investigators have received new evidence from Belgian authorities, who have been investigating cocaine trafficking and money laundering for years.

SPAK announced that the operation for the execution of security measures is still in progress, and that measures are being taken to further elucidate the connections of the organization and other persons involved.
