No registration, two study programs at "Fan S. Noli" University in Korça are closed

Two study programs have been closed at the "Fan S. Noli" University in Korça, as there were no registrations.

It was the academic senate that made the decision to suspend two study programs such as Philosophy - Sociology and Economics.

Both of these programs have not had any students registered while the senate has made the decision to continue the programs of Mathematics, Informatics and Physics, being strategic programs.

The decision to suspend these two programs came just one day after the start of the new academic year 2023/2024.

The new academic year started with the protest of medical students, who oppose the government's decision, which forces them to work for 5 years in the country.
