Former President of the Constitutional Court, Rustem Gjata, passes away

The former President of the Constitutional Court, Rustem Gjata, has passed away. The bitter news was announced by his son, lawyer Çlirim Gjata, through a public announcement.

"Dear friends! It is with sadness that I inform you that my father, Rustem Gjata, passed away today. The procession will take place tomorrow, Wednesday, April 29, at 11:00, starting from the Alba 2000 funeral home, on Durrës Street. With respect, Çlirim Gjata," the announcement states.

Rustem Gjata has held the position of President of the Constitutional Court, leaving a mark on the Albanian justice system.

The funeral ceremony will take place tomorrow, April 29, at 11:00, departing from the Alba 2000 funeral home, on Durrës Street.
