Journalist Klodiana Lala explained on the show "The Unexposed" on MCN TV the raid on the offices of the telephone company "One" on Christmas Eve 2024 and the police notification only three months later.

Lala said that at 2:30 a.m. on December 25, two masked people entered the building and reportedly damaged an appliance, but this information has not been officially confirmed.

According to her, the police have launched investigations for failure to report a crime and actions that hinder the disclosure of the truth. Lala suspects that the server may have been hacked and that this incident may be related to the investigative file of the arrested mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj.

"The police say they had no knowledge until the day it was announced by the media. The reason why this event was kept secret is a big question mark."

Gentian Koçi, a security guard at the "One" company, has admitted that it is true that two masked individuals who appear to have crowbars in their hands entered the company's offices, but claims that they only damaged one of the doors and since they did not damage anything else, they did not file a complaint.

The other people under investigation are Arsid Feshti, a security employee at "One", and Erald Sina, a department manager at the property offices of the "One" company.

At the moment the incident occurred, Gentian Koçi did not notify the police, but only the private company, and it was decided by both the "One" company and the "Nazeri 2000" insurance company that this incident would not be reported.

There are strong suspicions that something is hidden behind this event. The suspicions are that many things could have happened there.

But a very long time has passed since December 25th, and since December 25th, the footage may have been tampered with to exclude third parties. 

The company "One" is one of the main clients of Arbër Veliaj, who is the brother of the mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj.

For this event, the Tirana Prosecution Office has opened an investigation into two criminal offenses for "Failure to report a crime" and "Actions that hinder the disclosure of the truth."

There are suspicions, but at the moment this incident is being investigated by the Tirana Prosecutor's Office. SPAK has not yet been introduced, we do not know if it is related to the Veliaj file.

If there are any doubts, it will be merged with Mr. Veliaj's main file. Many cameras from surrounding businesses are being reviewed. 

All of Arbër Veliaj's companies are being investigated. All of the transactions he had with all of the companies are being looked at.

In those premises are the company's servers and the computers that keep all the balances. The suspicions are that many things may have happened, the investigation will determine. Since the event occurred, a long time has passed and a lot of film footage, it may have been interfered with to eliminate any evidence.

The One company is a major client of Veliaj's brother's company. Prosecutors are also looking into this aspect.

The prosecution has doubts. We have no official answer, has SPAK been involved in this matter and is SPAK investigating this aspect, to see if it is related to the Veliaj file. If there is the slightest doubt, SPAK withdraws it and merges it with the main file. So far, it has not been merged. For the investigators, who are dealing with the case, many security cameras around businesses are being taken, and cell phones are being examined.
