A 40-year-old man from the village of Duhanas in Berat decided to end his life by hanging himself this afternoon.

The victim with the initials FK, a person with mental health problems, hanged himself from a tree near the house where he lived.

The victim was found hanged by his family, who then notified the police. It was the police and fire departments that removed the 40-year-old's body from the steep area where he had ended his life.
