The boss of the Italian criminal group, Nicola Rullo, is arrested in Spain

Nicola Rullo, a leading member of the Contini Clan, believed to be Ras Edoardo Contini's right-hand man has been arrested in Spain.

Nicola Rullo escaped a prison sentence in September of this year. 

He was identified based on the information received and the investigative activity carried out by the Carabinieri of the Naples Investigative Unit that led to the activation of the Udyco central unit of the Spanish police through the Service for International Police Cooperation. 

The carabinieri were able to follow the movements of family members, which allowed them to reconstruct and document his network of relationships and his habits, and thus found Rullo in a popular resort in Alicante, where the 53-year-old had been staying for at least 20 day.
