COMPLAINTS/ Consumers: Vullnet Sinaj's Big Market abuses prices, especially

Following the denunciation published by JOQ of a citizen in Bulqiza, complaints from other consumers in various cities of the country regarding the discrepancy in prices in the Big Market supermarket chain have continued. Two citizens from Shëngjin and Lezha have reported similar cases where the prices on the shelves do not match those at the cash register, and the staff's reaction is often arrogant and denying responsibility.

A citizen from Shëngjin denounces that this situation has been repeated and ongoing for years, especially during the tourist season. He cites concrete cases such as the lack of prices on the shelves, large price differences on basic products, and a lack of transparency from the employees and management of the market.

Prsh, JOQ. I live in Shëngjin. Another total abuse of prices is that there are no prices on the shelf and the ones they have do not match those on the counter. When I once told the girl at the counter, she said "that's how it is, I have nothing to do". I told the manager and she said "we have problems with the scale there in the sausage section". But this is not the first time, it has been years since I caught this situation. They just keep stealing. Another time I bought a large Lays, which in other places costs 150 lek - there it was 230 lek! The same. I talked to the girl and she said "I can't return it because I cut the bill". They are openly stealing from us and we have no place to complain. This situation is all year round in Shëngjin, not just the summer season. If you publish it, thank you. Have a peaceful day!

Meanwhile, another citizen from Lezha confesses that she was offended and labeled as a "problem" simply because she asked for clarification about a bill with 5 thousand old lek more than it should have been. Both complaints reinforce the concern that fraudulent practices at Big Market are not isolated cases, but a systematic problem that requires immediate intervention by consumer protection institutions.

It has happened to me several times and when you ask them why this price, they arrogantly respond: "I know better, don't come and buy anymore, because you are problematic". Haha, problematic because I verified them and I got 5 thousand old lek more. This happened at the Big Market in Lezha and I am disgusted to go in to buy, because as a customer they blame you.
