A citizen's vehicle was burned, on the orders of a 28-year-old, the 39-year-old (citizen with a criminal record) was identified and arrested.
Efforts are underway to capture the 28-year-old, who is suspected of ordering the crime, due to conflicts over ownership with the uncle of the owner of the burned vehicle.
Immediately after citizen DV reported that his vehicle had been burned near his home in the village of Pluk, the services of the Lushnje Police Commissariat organized operational work and investigative actions to determine the perpetrators of the incident and to clarify the circumstances.
As a result, the suspected perpetrator of the arson, a 39-year-old British citizen, resident of this village, was identified, apprehended and arrested.
Also, the citizen suspected of ordering the commission of this crime, AZ, 28 years old, was identified, who from the investigative actions, resulted in having been in conflict with the uncle of citizen DV, for property reasons. Intensive work is being done to capture the 28-year-old.
The procedural materials were referred to the Fier Prosecutor's Office for further action.
