Rinas assassination with two victims, the case is transferred to SPAK: Structured criminal group

The Tirana Prosecution Office has transferred the investigation of the serious assassination attempt that occurred in November 2025 near the Rinas roundabout, where two people lost their lives, to the Special Anti-Criminal Structures (SPAK).

The decision came after verifications conducted by the prosecution, which found that the incident is suspected to have been committed within the framework of a structured criminal group.

Gilmando Dani and Muçi Shaljani alias Sheqeri lost their lives in the assassination, while SPAK will take charge of the investigations to fully uncover the dynamics of the event and the identity of those responsible.
