The services of Police Station No. 6, yesterday, after receiving a report that a citizen had been raped and then his vehicle had been taken, organized the operation codenamed "Motive" to clarify the case, identify and capture the perpetrators.
As a result of the operation, citizens BH, 44 years old, and EH, 36 years old, both residents of Tirana (brothers), were located, captured and placed in handcuffs.
The investigations suspect that these citizens, in the garage of a building in Yzberisht, for weak motives, raped citizen I. Zh., 41 years old, and then took his vehicle.
The stolen vehicle was found near the two brothers' apartment and was seized as evidence.
The procedural materials were referred to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office for further action, for the criminal offense of "Theft by Force", committed in collaboration.
