Online fraud has become a popular sport in Albania. This time, a citizen addressed to the editorial office of the show "Stop" on TV Klan, reveals that she received a fake license, for which she paid 1200 euros.
She says she lives in Italy and met citizen Arjan Seferaj on Facebook in 2023. After several conversations, Arjan promised to get her a driver's license for 1,200 Euros.
Journalist: You made a payment and you would get your license without ever going and showing up, right?
Complainant: I took the license and verified that it was fake.
Complainant: He told me he was 40 years old.
After this, Arjan Seferaj also cheated her for an apartment, extorting 16 thousand euros for water and electricity contracts.
Journalist: He promised you two entries, didn't he?
Complainant: Yes, two entrances. One has two rooms and a kitchen, the other has a room and a kitchen.
