Me date 31.08.2020 Leonard Duka komunikon me Ervis Martinaj dhe ky i fundit i shkruan qe po te sqaroj Ilogarite e mia, tek hoteli jam dakort e kena blere pergjysem, ndac e shesim dhe merr gjysmen e lekeve ndac bleje ti dhe me jep gjysmen, 2 miljon eshte vlera e hotelit dhe Leonardi i shprehet qe e shesim se nuk dua hotel.
