"You beat her for wearing lipstick!", the victim's friend: Bruna was threatened with her life

Albanian Bruna Flamuraj was killed by her husband Lindi Flamuraj, on (November 7), in Massachusetts in the USA. Jealousy is said to be the cause of the crime which happened in front of their daughter.

For the "Jetë Shqiptare" show, the victim's friend said that the latter felt threatened by her husband that if she asked for a divorce, he would kill her along with her family.

The victim's friend also brings up a moment when her husband used violence against Bruna Flamuraj while the latter justified that she had him out of love.

"When we were at work, he came and, while discussing, slapped her and took her out to the car, beating her. I was shocked. When he came back, Bruna asked me to keep it a secret and that he does this behavior because he loved her very much and that he was jealous of his great love.

Bruna told me that he used to say that I don't give her a divorce, I give her the bullet before the divorce. And if she ever thought of going back to her family, he threatened to kill them all. Bruna has kept all this pressure and violence to herself. Two weeks ago they were in Albania and 5 days after they returned, the tragedy happened", said the victim's friend.
