In the event that happened on May 30, 2020, at 22:35, the defendant Ramazan Rraja is accused of having committed the criminal offense in collaboration with the defendants Plaurent Dervishaj and Juljan Mecaj.
The hotel is owned by Luan Mata, the father of the accused Ervin Mata, wanted as part of a criminal group that trafficked drugs and planned murder, where the former deputy director of Tirana police, Erzen Breçani, was also arrested.
