NAME/ Serious accident on the Berat-Dimal axis, speeding vehicle ends up in the canal

A serious accident was recorded this morning on the Berat-Dimal road axis, near the Morava Bridge.

At around 06:30, 41-year-old Eduart Ismaili was driving his Benz A Class when he lost control of the vehicle due to the high speed he was traveling at. As a result, the vehicle went off the road and ended up in a ditch on the side of the road.

The collision was severe and the vehicle was completely destroyed, requiring the intervention of the fire brigade to extract the injured person from the vehicle. Eduart Ismaili was immediately transported to the Berat Regional Hospital for medical treatment.

According to information received from the hospital, the 41-year-old is out of danger and is in stable condition. Authorities continue investigations to determine the full causes of the accident.
