NAME/ Involved in a fight with a victim, the 39-year-old is extradited from Greece

A person convicted of intentional grievous bodily harm was extradited from Greece today.
Authorities report that Albanian citizen Marinel Demiri, 39 years old, resident of Pojan, Korça, who was captured in Greece after being declared an international wanted person, has been extradited from the neighboring country .
Authorities report that the Tirana Court of Appeals has sentenced Marinel Demir to 5 years and 6 months in prison for the criminal offense of "Intentional Serious Injury." The 39-year-old has 4 years, 5 months and 18 days left to serve.
"The investigation shows that citizen Marinel Demiri was involved in a conflict with sharp objects in the village of Pojan, Korça, during which citizen Ali Zeneli, 75 years old, lost his life, who had intervened to help his son Petrit Zeneli during the conflict with the youths." - reports the Police, as the event occurred in 2011.
