A conflict was prevented by the Vlora Police where two citizens clashed for weak motives.
It is reported that the 36-year-old identified as Amaraldo Çela threatened a 35-year-old with a cutting tool.
The verifications revealed that the arrested person had violated the security measure "House Arrest" for the criminal offense of "Theft".
As a result of the immediate response and professional intervention of the "Eagle" Special Force services, it was possible to prevent the escalation of a conflict that could have serious consequences and to arrest citizen A. Ç., 36 years old, resident of the "Osman Haxhiu" neighborhood, Vlora.
This citizen, in the "Uji i Ftohtë" neighborhood, after a conflict for weak motives, threatened citizen AM, 35 years old, resident of the "Partizani" neighborhood, Vlora, with a cutting tool (knife).
The verifications showed that A. Ç. has violated the security measure "House arrest", imposed by the Court of General Jurisdiction of Tirana, for the criminal offense of "Theft".
Following the procedural actions, the Crime Investigation specialists at the Vlora Police Station arrested citizen A. Ç. in flagrante delicto, for the criminal offenses of "Threat", "Removing a prisoner from his place of residence" and "Unauthorized possession of cold weapons".
The procedural materials were transferred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Vlora, for further action.
