NAME/ Aldo Bare's soldier enters England illegally, The Sun: The sample is called 'Mask'

One of the most loyal men of the Lushnjari crime boss Aldo Bare, after finishing his prison sentence in Albania, arrived through Spain with a forged passport as an asylum seeker in England.

Lushnja Gang member Maksim Çela was sentenced to 25 years in prison by all levels of the judiciary in our country for a series of crimes, including the murder of police officer Klenti Bano on April 14, 2000.

The Sun newspaper has been following his arrival since 2023 and today dedicated a long article to how a criminal of Maksim Çela's caliber entered England in April 2023 and applied for asylum.

In the same year, The Sun followed the court hearing when Çela had requested conditional release in an immigration court until his asylum application was considered.

He was being held in a detention center for immigrants who had arrived illegally in England.

Çela's lawyers asked the court to grant anonymity to their client as he feared possible retaliation if his current location was revealed.

The Sun respected the court's decision by publishing an article in April 2023 without details that would lead to the identification of Maksim Çela, including the crimes for which he had been convicted in Albania, as part of one of the most notorious gangs in Albanian criminal history.

But The Sun waged a 23-month court battle, arguing that it was in the public interest to learn of Maksim Çela's name and the crimes committed in Albania.

The largest British tabloid won the court battle by removing Maksim Çela's anonymity, granted in April 2023 by the immigration court.

The Sun headline: “The sample screams Mask, Albanian killer and terrorist free on UK streets, The Sun’s battle to remove anonymity.”

This development has put Maksim Çela on the front page of The Sun newspaper.
