As for the dynamics of the fight that took place in a dead-end alley near the "Fan Noli" school, around 1:00 p.m. on November 18, when the minors had finished school, 5 people were involved in the fight: little Martin, who became a victim, his friend his, who was injured with several wounds and is currently in the trauma hospital, his cousin (of the injured), the suspected perpetrator, currently under arrest and in prison, and a friend of the suspected author, also a student of the "Fan Noli" school.
The first clashes between Martin and the suspected perpetrator, schoolmates, started on Friday, 3 days before the murder, in the premises of the "Fan Noli" school. They were confronted again on Monday, in the school premises, a few hours before the murder. According to the few statements that the suspected author has made, it all started with Marin Cani watching him. For their collision at school, despite the modest intervention of the security officer who was satisfied only with the words of the minors that they solved the problem since it was only a misunderstanding between them, the parents of the two 14-year-olds were not notified, nor were the authorities high school. It was this fight that was not handled properly in the school premises that led to their collision a little further from the school, which ended with 1 victim and 1 injured.
After the fight at school, Martin Cani phoned his friend who teaches at another school in Sauk for support. The minor did not come alone, but with his cousin. While the suspected author took with him a friend from the "Fan Noli" school.
The five are thought to have been in the collision 200 meters from the school. But as sources from the investigative group tell Report TV, the only one who is thought to have had a knife with him is the suspected perpetrator in custody. His knife, which was found a few days after the murder inside a school bag thrown on the terrace of an abandoned building 10 minutes from the school, is suspected to have shot Martin Canin, and his friend who was injured. The investigators say that from the evidence and testimonies collected, we can only talk about a knife, the same one with which, according to them, the suspected author also wounded himself in the hand.
The testimony given in the media by the father of the injured minor, that it is not only about a perpetrator, but also about another minor who, according to him, could have had a knife, brought the refuting reaction of the police.
The person in question, on whom the father of the injured person raises doubts, as Report TV learns, was handed over to the police by his father. Sources from the investigation group say that the minor, in the presence of the investigators, was taken back to the scene, where he showed the dynamics of the fight. He says his role was to separate the parties, and as investigators say they have proven through security cameras, he was not present at the time of the murder. The sources said that the person in question, a friend of the suspected perpetrator, was at the beginning of the fight, but after receiving a punch, he left.
In the meantime, the cousin of Martini's friend is said to have handed over the phone of the injured to the police, which was taken as evidence to see what can possibly be discovered from communications on social networks between young people.
The phone of the suspected author is still missing, which would serve even more in the hands of the investigators, to see if there are direct communications and clashes between him and Martin Canit, or communications with other people that the author the suspect may have called even after the murder took place.
Likewise, the people who transported the suspected perpetrator from the scene first to a private hospital, and then to a second private hospital, where he is still, waiting to be transferred to juvenile detention, have not yet been found. / Albania
