First victory in the appeal, an immigrant settled in Gjadra returns to Italy and cannot be repatriated

The first victory in the fight against the passage of migrants between Italy and the detention and repatriation center was actually achieved by two lawyers from Bari.

Loredana Liso and Lorenzo Basile defend a Georgian immigrant who, after arriving in Gjadra with 39 other immigrants, has returned to Italy.

This is a precedent, as many other immigrants may follow the Georgian's example, however, each has a story of arrival in Italy and not everyone can benefit, especially after the EU decision on safe countries of origin.
